April was not my busiest month taking pictures but there were certainly a few good shots.
Sundogs are a little bit more rare as the temperature is warming up and the snow is starting to melt but I did get the chance to capture them again in behind lone trees in St-Pierre Jolys.

Talking about my town of St-Pierre Jolys, we did have our annual Sugaring Off Festival at the Cabane a Sucre (sugar shack) and I quite like that shot of the “tire” (maple taffy) on snow. Makes me hungry!

And here’s a morning shot of a lone tree you might recognise from many of my other pictures as I pass in front so often but here it is again in early spring and I really like how the still brown grass match the colors of the sky in this picture and the nice layering of clouds.

The last shot here for that month is also very interesting to me , it got a bit of a mirage effect on the road despite the lower temperature and I just love that big cloud looking like a mountain at the end of the road.
