June was a pretty interesting month weatherwise and I got the chance to capture the power of nature a few times, the first four pictures were captured on the same day with some pretty dramatic clouds.
The first two picture are of the Red River at St-Jean Baptiste where the old bridge have been transformed into a viewing area
The next two pictures were taken between Letellier and St-Joseph
This picture is of the marsh river near Otterburne
This one is a zoomed shot of some interesting clouds highlighted by sunshine on a mid afternoon
And the next two pictures I was driving near St-Malo when a really localized but very intense rainstorm was coming my way, I was able to get a few shots of the downpour before having to shelter back in the vehicle to avoid getting drenched. really love the mixture of dark menacing clouds and sun shining through the edge of the storm.
